Role Description

GloCell Oy is seeking motivated and dynamic Sales Agents / Partners to join our team on a commission-based salary in regions of Asia, North America, and South America. We prefer if you are located in these areas permanently. This is a contract role where you will be responsible for engaging with customers, providing exceptional customer service, selling our software optimization tools, offering training on our products, and driving sales growth for the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage potential customers in the pulp, paper, and board production industries.
  • Present and demonstrate the value of GloCell Oy’s software optimization tools to prospective clients.
  • Provide training and support to customers together with GloCell experts to ensure effective utilization of our software products.
  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth and success of GloCell Oy.
  • Continuously update knowledge of industry trends and competitive landscape to effectively position GloCell Oy’s offerings.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the process industry or SaaS products.
  • Strong understanding of the pulp and paper industry, its production technologies and value chain is paramount.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage your own sales pipeline.
  • Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Located in the region and ability to travel within the assigned region as needed.
